Players A & B sit for two minutes for the coincidental roughing minors. Their time does not go up on the clock and they are allowed out at the first whistle after the full two minutes has been served. Another player from player A's team sits for two minutes for the original slashing call. This time does go on the clock and player A's team plays short a player.

The referee has his hand up signaling a delayed penalty on player A for slashing. When the whistle is blown, Player B is mad he got slashed by Player A and gives him a good shove. Player A shoves back and the referee gives the players coincident minors for roughing.
Does either team deserve a power play? If so, how long? Does Player A's team need to put another player in the box with him? Why or why not?
